Pamela Sturgill, President/Director of Design
As founder of ADI and Director of Design, Pamela is involved in every aspect of business operations and an integral facet of all interior design projects. Her 25 years experience has created a design firm and gallery that provides clients with the highest level of service, creativity and technical expertise. Her vision in the global world of both Design and Business is responsible for the growth of ADI. She has led and mentored the ADI Team resulting in award-winning and published designs since 1987.
Throughout her career Pamela has specialized in custom residential interior design and has received recognition for her innovative designs. This innovative approach to design is sought after by the commercial sector to create interiors that communicate the philosophy of today's business profile. While not at work, Pamela's priority is family and friends. "Golfing with my husband and two sons is a five hour gift of undivided time".

Kristen Ritchie, Interior Designer
Kristen was introduced to the world of interior design at a young age as her grandfather and father owned a furniture wholesale store. After earning a degree in Interior Design and working as an intern at a furniture store she has found herself at ADI. She enjoys the challenge of using her creativity and background to help others recreate and design a space that fits their personality and tastes. Although her preference is in contemporary design, she enjoys having the freedom to work in a variety of design genres.
In her spare time Kristen enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, exercising, and believe it or not, fly fishing.

Jennifer Gachne, Interior Design Assistant
Jennifer has always been intrigued with the interior design world from a young age drawing up floor plans and creating her "dream houses". It was meant to be when she entered design school and landed an internship with American Design. She enjoys every aspect of projects from start to finish helping others create the house of their dreams. She is very outgoing with a non-stop creative approach on everything. Classic, transitional, contemporary to overall traditional; Jennifer can appreciate it all! Her energy and excitement brings a fresh, creative, and personal feel to designs.
In her spare time she takes in every moment as a mother. She loves to travel, active in outdoor activities, dabbles in photography, and shares her love of life with friends and family.
